Responsibilities
- Assisting with the processing of invoices and payments
- Processing of transaction journals on SAGE Accounting
- Ensuring that all payments and receipts are updated daily on SAGE
- Acounting so that all financial accounting transactions are reflected in the trial balance,
- Assistance with the documentation on the debtors and creditors to support age analysis report
- Work with the Procurement Team to ensure alignment of records
- Work with the Billings and Reconciliation Teams to ensure alignment of records
- Work with the Admin/HR Team to ensure alignment of records
- Work with the Inventory Management Team to ensure alignment of records
- Support in the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Provide assistance on reports to analyze trends
- Providing daily support on all outstanding queries from the suppliers and customers as and when required.
- General assistance to the Business & Financial Accountant.
- And any other Ad hoc accounting dutie
