To develop and maintain campaign models in line with business requirements, fit for purpose and ensure that they perform at optimal levels.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse model performance in line with agreed model design principles and recommends appropriate amendments to ensure that model delivers as per model design principles.
  • Build models that are fit for purpose and operate within performance metrics.
  • Develop new models (e.g., propensity, churn, micro segmentation, contact-ability, response, etc.) for campaign analytics that deliver value and/or improve on prior model.
  • Optimise future model performance (take up rate, environmental climate, business strategy, model drifts, etc.) against business strategy and actual model performance.
  • Evaluate the appropriateness of models for relevant campaigns and take into consideration the business problem against data nuances.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Mathematical Sciences/Engineering/Computer Science/Data Science

Experience

  • 3-4 years' experience in advanced analytics, combined with sufficient knowledge of products and customer behaviour in a financial services environment. Significant exposure to propensity, attrition, CRM and leads management, next-best action and segmentation models, as well as behavioural analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Database Management
