JOB SUMMARY
- The Business Analyst is to help in the improvement of the Company's Business System by providing strong Analysis and Research that contains solutions to the Business Problems.
- He/she must have a full understanding of the Business Trend, while they also guide the Organization to improve the process and quality of our products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Analysing Business Processes
- Implementing effective solutions to Business Problems
- Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis
- Regular reporting and analysis
- Exploring different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
- Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which an organisation can operate more effectively.
- Leading and Managing Teams.
- Formulating ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Critical thinking ability
- Tech Savvy
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Negotiation skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
