Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and document business requirements.
- Process Analysis: Evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimizations.
- Data Analysis: Interpret data trends to support decision-making and problem-solving.
- Solution Design: Assist in designing solutions aligned with business goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Change Management: Guide teams through process changes and support adoption.
Required Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or related field; certifications (BPM, Six Sigma) a plus.
- Experience: 3-4 years in business analysis
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or process modeling software.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Age: 25 years - 28 years old
- Must live around Yaba or its environs.
