Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.
- Review and analyze workflows to detect process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Organize and present findings and suggestions through meetings and presentations.
- Assist in testing and validating solutions to confirm they meet specified requirements.
- Evaluate current processes to identify areas for enhancement and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics management, information systems or a related field.
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions
- Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols
- Familiarity with industry technology systems to gather data
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and business intelligence software.
