Job Summary
- They are seeking a Business Analyst to work closely with the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving critical projects, enabling strategic initiatives across the company, managing relationships, and providing comprehensive executive support.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute projects assigned by the Managing Director, covering operational or organizational matters concerning the company and stakeholders.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare presentations that assist with the Managing Director’s engagements.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives, including supporting strategy formulation, identifying growth opportunities, and tracking progress and resources to advance the firm’s objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate management-level meetings, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless execution as well as optimize time use.
- Prepare and deliver reports to the Managing Director and relevant stakeholders, showing key metrics and KPIs across the farm to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience, preferably in project management, consulting, or strategy roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
