Job Description:

As the Business Analytics Manager, you will lead the project management and analytics function across business projects which also includes  sales, customer behavior, marketing, inventory, and operations. You will design and implement data models and reporting tools that provide actionable insights, enabling smarter, faster decision-making. Your work will directly influence all aspects of the business from product development, pricing strategies, campaign performance, and inventory efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business project analysis by defining KPIs, measuring impact and tracking ROI for cross-functional initiatives (e.g. new store openings, product launches, digital transformation).
  • Partner with leadership teams (product, finance, sales, marketing) to identify and solve key business challenges through data.
  • Provide data reporting models, pre and post analysis for business initiatives, pilot programs and strategic decisions.
  • Conduct demand forecasting and inventory planning using historical sales and market trends.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations to optimize inventory turnover and reduce stock imbalances while navigating our fast-changing market trends 
  • Track, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, influencer partnerships)and all projects within the organization 
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for all applicable areas of business operations 
  • Design and execute A/B tests, cohort analyses, and forecasting models to support strategic initiatives.
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and market intelligence to support product and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and consistent data definitions across the organization.
  • Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through storytelling and visualizations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data strategy, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring analysts or cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Strong experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, or experimentation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and  presentation skills
  • Experience in working with large, complex data sets in a fast-paced work and market environment
