Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled and creative Content Developer with 3–4 years of proven experience to take ownership of content production from start to finish.
- This role requires someone who can generate ideas, create, edit, and publish content that enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and drives business objectives.
- Beyond digital content, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing original show concepts, pitching/selling these shows, and managing full production from ideation to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage the end-to-end content production.
- Research industry-related topics and generate innovative content ideas.
- Write, edit, and proofread engaging content e.g., blogs, articles, website copy, social media, newsletters, scripts, etc.
- Develop creative show concepts, pitch/sell them internally and externally, and oversee production from start to finish.
- Collaborate with the media team, and other stakeholders to develop multimedia content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Optimize content for SEO, audience engagement, and performance.
- Manage the content lifecycle: ideation, development, approvals, publishing, and updates.
- Monitor and report on content performance using analytics tools.
- Repurpose and refresh existing content to maintain relevance.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-4 years’ experience as a Content Developer, Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in show development, pitching, and production management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaboration tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
