Writing & Messaging
- Write copy for websites, emails, social media, blogs, ads, OOH, scripts, and campaigns
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, audience-friendly language
- Develop messaging frameworks to support campaigns and content teams
Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain consistent tone and voice across all communications
- Edit and quality-check copy produced by staff and volunteers
- Support brand and messaging guidelines
SEO & Optimisation
- Apply SEO best practices to digital content
- Support keyword research and content optimisation
- Collaborate with the Digital Media Manager on search-led growth initiatives
Collaboration
- Work closely with designers, content creators, and digital teams
- Support volunteer writers through feedback and editorial guidance
Requirements
Technical Skills & Knowledge (Required)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- SEO and content optimisation principles
- Content management systems (CMS)
- Audience segmentation and messaging strategy
Experience & Profile
- 4–7 years’ experience in copywriting or marketing communications
- Strong portfolio across digital and campaign content
- Experience editing or guiding other contributors
- Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
