Job Description

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and monitor on analytically validate customer behavior, customer value management to achieve the business objectives
  • Conduct analysis to aim to come up with assumption and recommendation for necessary actions for the company to target increasing revenue, number of subscribing users, active user ratio, frequency of usage, revenue per user, customer satisfaction, life time value etc
  • Strengthen and cooperate strong understanding and support on different business processes and their Key Performance indicators and customer value journey.
  • Provide standard/ adhoc/ special report and BI activities with high quality and timely manner to different stakeholders in their decision making.
  • Ability to independently analyze and extract data, make assumptions and recommendation should be present.
  • Ability to be able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in CVM / Data analytics related field Certificate or Diploma on data science / consumer insights is preferred
  • Experience in digital payments market preferable (not mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge on SQL and BI.
  • Competency in excel is a must.
  • Knowledge in commercial understanding of the digital payments market.
  • Adaptable to work in new environment
  • Ability to work with all levels with the organization.
