Job Summary
- The Cybersecurity Instructor is responsible for teaching, mentoring, and training students or professionals in cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.
- This role combines technical expertise with instructional skills to prepare learners for real-world cybersecurity roles and industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led training in cybersecurity topics (online, in-person, or hybrid)
- Develop lesson plans, labs, assessments, and hands-on exercises
Teach foundational and advanced cybersecurity concepts, including:
- Network security
- Threats and vulnerabilities
- Incident response
- Ethical hacking basics
- Cloud and application security
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Patience and strong mentoring ability
- Passion for teaching and continuous learning
- Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
