Job description
- Analyse user engagement, feature adoption, and retention data to assess digital product performance.
- Monitor customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and usage trends to enhance overall product experience.
- Prepare management reports by identifying and stating trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data sets related to the digital platform.
- Analyse data, provide insights, and make recommendations as needed on how to improve existing features and to support an actionable decision-making process.
- Implement data quality monitoring that alerts the team of possible data issues, as well as monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in data pipelines.
