Job Description
- We are looking for an individual with strong analytical skills, high intellect, and integrity.
- Given the sensitive data the individual will handle, we are looking for self-starters who demonstrate a willingness to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Collate and prepare daily retail, depot, commercial sales report, weekly summary report, and monthly depot, commercial and retail sales report (PMS, AGO, LPG, lubricants)
- Prepare sales performance management reports including sales, revenue, margins and station rankings.
- Assist in analyzing pricing, margins, and stock variances across stations and regions.
- Maintain retail, depot and commercial databases and dashboards
- Identify data trends, inconsistencies, and underperforming outlets for management review.
- Assist with management reporting requirements.
Skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
