Job Overview
- We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes orchestration, and automation pipelines.
- The ideal candidate has strong Linux fundamentals, working knowledge of AWS/GCP/Azure, and is comfortable managing CI/CD workflows, cloud-native monitoring tools, and secure networking integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters, including EKS, GKE, and AKS.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems with Datadog, New Relic, and CloudWatch.
- Work with VPN technologies such as OpenVPN and AWS VPN for secure network access.
- Collaborate with developers and SREs to provision and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning.
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security across multiple environments.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues in Linux-based environments.
Required Technical Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.
- Proficiency in Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with at least one cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes concepts (Pods, Deployments, Services, Helm, etc.).
- Experience with managed Kubernetes services: EKS, AKS, GKE.
- Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools: Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch.
- Experience setting up or integrating with VPNs (OpenVPN, AWS VPN).
- Working knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Helm charts and Kubernetes operators.
- Certification in AWS/GCP/Azure or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
- Exposure to GitOps principles and security best practices.
