Job Summary

  • The Driver will work closely with the sales team and /or the Field Engineers Team, providing essential transportation support to ensure timely delivery and facilitate efficient movement to various locations/sites. This role requires a reliable, punctual individual with a strong knowledge of local routes and safe driving practices. The Driver will play a critical part in supporting sales and engineers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide transportation for the sales team to client meetings, sales events, and other required destinations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and sales materials to clients and sales venues.
  • Assist the sales team with loading and unloading products, materials, and promotional items.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the assigned vehicle, including scheduling servicing as needed.
  • Plan efficient routes to optimise travel time and ensure prompt arrival at destinations.
  • Adhere to all traffic and driving regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and materials.
  • Conduct basic inspections of the vehicle to ensure it’s in good operating condition.
  • Assist in maintaining records of travel expenses, vehicle mileage, and fuel consumption.
  • Support the sales team with any additional tasks related to transport logistics.

Requirements:

  • Applicant must possess a minimum qualification of SSCE
  • A valid Nigerian driver's license.
  • Applicant must be presentable and smart.
  • Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have excellent communication skills and demonstrate a level of initiative.
  • Must be Living around Ajah/Lakowe Axis.
