Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, security, and performance of enterprise software solutions across web, API, database, and mobile platforms within a Solution Delivery Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Review requirements and develop effective test plans and test cases
- Execute manual and automated testing (functional, regression, integration, performance, and security)
- Design, maintain, and execute test automation frameworks
- Perform API, database, and backend testing
- Log, track, and manage defects through resolution
- Support CI/CD pipelines and release validation
- Prepare test reports, metrics, and quality dashboards
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior QA team members and promote QA best practices.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong experience in functional, non-functional, API, and database testing
- Test automation and scripting skills (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and CI/CD integration
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
