Role Overview
- We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to support the 2026 ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) Assessment Project
- This role involves structured field data collection across selected companies to support ESG analysis, benchmarking, and reporting.
- The position offers valuable exposure to sustainability, corporate operations, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits to assigned companies to administer ESG questionnaires
- Engage professionally with company representatives to obtain required information
- Collect, validate, and upload data using standardized digital tools
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all collected data
- prepare and submit daily/weekly n eld reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity standards
- Identify and report data gaps, inconsistencies, or field challenges
Key Deliverables
- Completed ESG questionnaires for assigned companies
- Accurate and validated data submissions
- Timely field activity reports
- Insights on company responses and data limitations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Environmental Science, Geography, Economics, or related disciplines
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Forms, or similar tools
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets
- Willingness to conduct field visits and interact with corporate organizations
- Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantage)
- NYSC corps members or recent graduates prior experience in research, surveys, or field data collection
- Basic understanding of ESG or sustainability concepts
- Familiarity with tools like KoboToolbox, ODK,or SurveyCTO
