Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events at The Gallery, ensuring seamless experiences from start to finish.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage event logistics, from setup to breakdown.
- Liaise with clients and guests to understand event objectives and deliver exceptional service.
- Develop event concepts and themes that align with the Gallery brand and seasonal trends.
- Create and manage detailed event timelines, budgets, and checklists.
- Oversee on-site event execution, including vendor coordination, staff direction, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and venue regulations during events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across digital and offline channels.
- Analyze event feedback and post-event reports to improve future planning and guest experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Events Management, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in event coordination or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of guest experience and hospitality trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software/tools.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
