Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for the factory.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Oversee factory funds management including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow.
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Perform product costing and monitor profitability to support business objectives.
- Control operating expenses, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with distributors to optimize sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare and submit detailed financial reports, including periodic updates on factory performance.
- Lead budget preparation and ongoing financial planning activities.
