Responsibilities
Front End Development
- Implement UI/UX components from Figma or other design tools.
- Build responsive, optimized applications in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React.js, Vue.js, or equivalent).
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and interface responsiveness.
- Integrate APIs with backend services.
Quality & Performance
- Optimize front-end performance (loading times, accessibility, SEO).
- Conduct unit and functional testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.).
- Identify and fix bugs, display issues, and interaction inconsistencies.
Collaboration & Agility
- Work closely with backend developers, designers, product managers, and QA teams.
- Actively participate in Agile rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and front-end best practices.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay up to date on frontend development trends, frameworks, and tools.
- Suggest improvements in code, architecture, or user experience.
- Take part in code reviews and provide mentorship when needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years in frontend development on web projects in an agile environment.
- Tech stack: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and at least one major JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Knowledge of version control tools (Git), CI/CD workflows, and frontend testing methods.
- Eye for detail, design sensibility, and smooth user interaction.
- Team player with initiative and creativity.
- Professional proficiency in French and English.
