IAB Codes Ltd. is a leading technology company seeking an experienced NextJS Website Developer to join our team. We're looking for a skilled individual who can help us build scalable, efficient, and visually appealing web applications.
Role Overview:
- You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. This role requires strong ownership, independent problem-solving ability, and the discipline to deliver measurable daily progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production-grade web applications using Next.js and Node.js
- Design scalable backend architecture with MongoDB
- Optimize performance, security, and code quality
- Break down tasks into deliverables and complete them within agreed timelines
- Participate in daily stand-ups and progress reviews
- Collaborate with internal product and design teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Requirements:
- 3+ years (Mid-Level) or 4+ years (Senior) experience in modern web development
- Strong expertise in:
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
- MongoDB
- Experience building and deploying real production applications
- Strong understanding of API design and backend integration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be based in Ibadan or willing to relocate
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- DevOps familiarity
- Experience working on SaaS or product-based systems
