Position Overview

  • The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing creative visual content that strengthens the university’s brand identity and enhances marketing and communication efforts.
  • The role requires a creative thinker with strong design skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, newsletters, and annual reports.
  • Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams on campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Develop visual concepts for events, conferences, and executive programmes.
  • Edit and produce basic multimedia content (videos, motion graphics where applicable).
  • Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain and update the university’s visual identity guidelines.

Requirements & Competencies

  • Degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and versatility.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
