Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Content Creator / Graphics Designer to develop compelling visual and written content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong design skills, creative storytelling ability, and a deep understanding of social media trends. This role requires a blend of content development, graphic design, and digital marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design & Visual Content
- Create high-quality, visually engaging graphics for social media, branding, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Design layouts, infographics, banners, and multimedia content for websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
- Produce short videos and simple animations (an added advantage).
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets and communication materials.
Content Creation
- Develop original written content, including social media captions, blog posts, marketing copy, and promotional materials.
- Produce social media-ready content (photos, short videos, reels, product images) aligned with brand tone and identity.
- Conduct audience and industry research to create content that improves engagement and reach.
Social Media Management
- Manage and update social media pages with consistent, engaging, and well-designed posts.
- Plan and execute content calendars and social media strategies across all platforms.
- Monitor content performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to ensure content aligns with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
- Revise and refine content or designs based on team feedback and performance insights.
- Work proactively with minimal supervision, delivering assigned tasks within agreed timelines.
Requirements
Education
- Minimum of OND; HND or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Experience
- 1–2 years of proven experience in content creation or graphic design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design and content work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design tools.
- Experience with Canva, and basic video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and digital best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.
- Strong creativity, initiative, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
