Role Overview
As an iOS App Developer, you’ll design, develop, and deploy applications for Apple devices using React Native. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver sleek, scalable, and performance-driven mobile experiences for African and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain iOS apps using React Native (and Flutter when needed).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive mobile experiences.
- Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.
- Test, debug, and optimize apps for performance and compliance with Apple’s guidelines.
- Deploy and maintain applications on the Apple App Store.
- Stay updated on iOS development trends and best practices.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years of iOS development experience with React Native.
- Proficiency with Swift, Xcode, iOS SDKs.
- Experience with Firebase, REST APIs, and Git workflows.
- Understanding of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Bonus: Flutter, Kotlin, or cross-platform experience.
