About the job

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to oversee technology and software development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing product implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of IT solutions that meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end IT and software development projects.
  • Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, requirement specifications, progress reports, and implementation notes.
  • Coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support the adoption of best practices in project management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in the finance, payments, or related technology sectors.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience managing IT or software product projects.
  • Background in technology, software development, or financial/payment applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
  • Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
