Requirements
As a Data Engineer at Maxdrive, you will:

Your team:
You'll join a dynamic and collaborative team of data engineers, working within one of Maxdrive's agile team dedicated to specific products or services. Your insights will directly inform marketing and operations efforts, shaping how we reach and engage our target audience across multiple channels.
Your expertise:
- BSc or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, or other related fields.
- Strong understanding and application of data engineering techniques, from event streaming and real-time analytics to data warehousing and computational processing.
- A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in technical presentations and documentation.
- Proficiency in Python (additional languages a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain highly stable and performant data pipelines.
- Experience with profiling and troubleshooting complex data pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced agile environments.
- (Preferred) Expertise in MLFlow and machine learning model development.
- (Preferred) Leadership experience or the potential to grow into a team leader role.
