Job Summary
- The Mobile Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging, trend-driven, and high-quality content across Kraks Media’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. This role requires a highly creative individual who can think on their feet, create content quickly and effectively, and is willing to travel for shoots, events, and field content production.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content ideas and strategies for various social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create high-quality and original mobile-first content, including videos, behind-the-scenes clips, reels, interviews, and social media assets.
- Capture and produce engaging on-the-go content using mobile devices and other lightweight content tools.
- Collaborate with the Digital, Production, and Creative teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience interests.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, pop culture conversations, and emerging content formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Analyse content performance and audience engagement metrics to improve future content direction.
- Support live event coverage, field shoots, and travel-based content production when required.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective content delivery.
Competencies (with willingness to resume within the shortest possible time)
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
- Strong mobile content creation and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing apps/software.
- Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos and visuals using mobile devices.
- Strong copywriting, captioning, and content ideation skills.
- Good understanding of social media analytics, trends, and audience engagement.
- Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for content production and coverage.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in content creation, social media management, or a related role.
- Proven track record of creating engaging digital content and growing online communities in the media space.
- Strong portfolio showing mobile content creation, storytelling, and social media work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field is an added advantage.
