Job Overview
- We are looking for a Junior Mobile Engineer with hands-on Flutter experience to support the development and maintenance of Rivy’s mobile applications.
- This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment while building scalable, high-quality mobile solutions for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Rivy’s Android/iOS apps using Flutter
- ?Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to deliver features efficiently
- Debug and resolve app issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
- Participate in code reviews, follow coding best practices, and maintain clean, reusable code
- Test features across various devices to ensure quality and reliability
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
- Stay up to date with mobile development trends and propose improvements where needed
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2 years of hands-on Flutter development experience (mandatory)
- ?Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services
- Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a user-focused mindset
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, ask for feedback, and learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Nice to Have:
- Experience with additional mobile frameworks or languages such as React Native, Kotlin (Android), or Swift (iOS).
- Experience in fintech, clean tech, or building mobile apps for high-growth startups.
- Exposure to mobile payment integrations, offline-first architectures, or mobile analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, App Center).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.
