Health Emergency Initiative (HEI) is a non-profit organisation with the creed NONE SHOULD DIE that swiftly EMERGES with provision of funds to save the lives of vulnerable patients in emergency situations like road traffic accidents etc. These patients range from children to aged in public hospitals who can be given medical attention. HEI functions as the next of kin of vulnerable victims in emergency situations through the provision of funds needed to resuscitate and stabilize them with the payment of N20,000. Apart from the medical interventions, HEI also organises First Responders'? Training to individuals, organisations'? workers so that everyone can be well equipped with knowledge needed to increase emergency victims'? chances of survival. This training is certified by the American Heart Association HEI is totally committed to providing succor to vulnerable and indigent patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor activities, performance and measurements of projects and other monitoring and evaluation programs of HEI.
- Oversee data quality assessment, create interactive project’s dashboard, and webpage.
- Ensure an appropriate monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system, dashboards and analytics are in place and functioning satisfactorily.
- Ensure relevant and timely M&E information is provided in user-friendly formats to key stakeholders
- Monitor implementation of M&E systems for the emergency response and support technical advice where necessary.
- Coordinate monitoring activities and inputs required of other team members
- Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
- Facilitate M&E and other training and knowledge sharing session with the team.
- Conduct/Prepare monthly impact and periodic impact assessment reports for HEI
- Support fundraising activities and grants application where necessary
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Executive Director.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years experience.
Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
