As part of our Creative Studio, the Graphic and Motion Designer will contribute to producing high-quality visual and multimedia content that drives impact for our clients. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design. We need a versatile, hands-on creative professional who can design, animate, shoot, edit, and support a wide range of multimedia productions.

  • Develop and execute branding and identity designs that align with client objectives and Credo Advisory’s brand standards.
  • Create engaging motion graphics and 2D/3D animations to communicate ideas, campaigns, and brand stories effectively.
  • Lead photography and cinematography projects, including concept development, shooting, lighting, and visual composition.
  • Handle post-production activities such as video editing, colour correction, sound synchronization, and visual effects to ensure polished final outputs.
  • Apply visual storytelling techniques to transform concepts, scripts, and briefs into compelling multimedia content.
  • Support audio production, including scripting, voice-over coordination, and sound editing for podcasts, interviews, and digital campaigns.
  • Design and manage creative assets for social media platforms, staying up to date with trends to drive audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update and enhance website visuals and digital content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all visual, motion, and multimedia outputs.
  • Explore and adopt emerging creative tools and technologies, including AI-assisted design tools, to improve efficiency and innovation.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver creative solutions that meet project timelines and quality expectations.
  • Provide guidance and informal support to team members on design tools, visual best practices, and creative storytelling where required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in motion graphics, animation, videography, and photography.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Audition, InDesign) and familiarity with 2D/3D animation software.
  • Strong videography and photography skills, with knowledge of lighting, sound, and editing workflows.
  • Experience with audio production for podcasts, voiceovers, or other media.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, DALL·E, Descript, or similar).
  • Proficiency in collaborative design platforms such as Canva and Figma.
  • Working knowledge of website management systems (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS tools) is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and technical excellence.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and strong attention to detail.
