Responsibilities
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and ensure that designs are accessible, inclusive, and intuitive.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Translate user research findings into actionable design solutions that address user needs and business objectives.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any related field
- 3+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX roles with a focus on digital products
- A portfolio showcasing your work in UX design, including wireframes, prototypes, digital assets, websites, applications, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and elegant design solutions.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Understanding of current design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
