Job Summary

  • Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within the bank, from the initial ideation through to completion. Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability and allocation.
  • Outlining a budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget.
  • Preparing detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work-streams and activities.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking and monitoring project and providing regular reports on project status to project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Managing the relationship and communication with the project owners and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

Job Requirement

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, management or related fields
  • Professional: Certification in Project Management 
  • Experience: Proven IT-related project management experience in a reputable organization will be an added advantage.
