Job Summary:
- The Sales Ondesk Manager leads the Sales Management function with a primary focus on sales data analysis, system optimization, and sales operations support. The role ensures data accuracy, monitors sales performance, supports sales strategy with data insights, and oversees effective use of CRM/DMS systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the collection, organization, analysis, and application of sales data.
- Generate periodic sales performance reports covering sales volume, inventory, market trends, and customer behaviour.
- Develop and maintain sales data metrics and dashboards for management decision-making.
- Monitor data gaps within sales processes and recommend system and process improvements.
- Manage and optimize CRM/DMS systems to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Oversee sales order processing, vehicle allocation, and implementation of sales policies.
- Support sales planning and target setting; track performance against set targets.
- Conduct data literacy training for the sales team to improve data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Marketing, Information Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales operations or data analysis; automotive industry experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and team management abilities.
- Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration for data application.
