Job Summary

  • We are seeking motivated professionals to join our SAP team as SAP Analysts.
  • The trainees will receive structured onboarding and hands-on experience supporting SAP business applications, assisting in system support, testing, documentation, and process improvement activities across assigned business functions.
  • This role provides an opportunity to develop strong SAP functional and technical support capabilities while working closely with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support SAP system operations, including issue logging, troubleshooting assistance, and user support.
  • Assist in SAP configuration updates, system testing, and enhancement activities under supervision.
  • Participate in data validation, migration, and master data support activities.
  • Assist in preparing functional and process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and preparation of test scripts and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and support solution implementation.
  • Assist in preparing system reports, dashboards, and basic analytics as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimising SAP-supported business processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
  • Completion of SAP Young Professionals Program (SAP YPP) training is mandatory.
  • Prior internship or project exposure to SAP environments is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Foundational understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

Training & Development:

  • Structured onboarding and continuous learning within the SAP Centre of Excellence.
  • Mentorship from experienced SAP functional and technical consultants.
  • Exposure to live SAP projects, system enhancements, and enterprise application support activities.
