Role Summary
- We are seeking a business analyst to support our product development and delivery processes. This hybrid role combines analytical thinking, agile project management, and product ownership.
- The ideal candidate understands both business operations and technology, can translate requirements into actionable product stories, and can coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Experience working in healthtech, e-commerce, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and product specifications.
- Serve as Scrum Master for product teams, plan sprints, manage stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend product or process improvements.
- Support QA testing and validation of product features before deployment.
- Monitor product performance and feedback to inform iteration and optimization.
- Maintain product documentation, sprint reports, and release notes.
- Ensure that deliverables meet both business objectives and user experience standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, product operations, or agile delivery roles.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion, ClickUp).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, actionable stories.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthtech, logistics, or SaaS is an added advantage.
- Certification in Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) or Product Management is a plus.
