Role Overview:
- We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help us build and scale AI-driven solutions
- across our platform. This role is primarily focused on backend engineering but also
- includes deploying services and managing infrastructure in AWS. You’ll work closely
- with product and data teams to bring features to life, integrate AI models into
- production systems, and ensure everything runs smoothly in the cloud.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Python and TypeScript
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools into scalable APIs and backend applications
- Set up and manage AWS infrastructure to support production workloads
- Own deployments using infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the performance and reliability of AI-powered services
- Collaborate across product, data, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver high-impact features
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of backend engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, etc.)
- Experience deploying and maintaining production services in the cloud
- Familiarity with integrating LLMs or other generative AI models into backend systems
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership from design through deployment
