About the Role
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Institutional Sales Analyst to join our Securities Trading business. In this role, you will serve as a Sales and Client Executive, managing and expanding relationships with institutional clients such as pension fund administrators (PFAs), insurance companies, corporates, fintechs, and asset managers.
- You will play a key role in driving business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities, while supporting the execution of strategic sales initiatives across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and win new business from institutional clients across PFAs, insurers, corporates, fintechs, and asset managers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams — including Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Operations — to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Prepare high-quality client materials such as pitch decks, proposals, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline and prepare periodic reports on client activity and deal progress.
- Represent the firm at industry events, client meetings, and conferences to strengthen market visibility and drive business growth.
- Continuously develop and maintain industry expertise to anticipate client needs and provide value-added insights.
Qualifications & Experience
- First degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 3–5 years’ experience in sales, trading, investment management, or client relationship management roles.
- Proven experience managing relationships with institutional clients (PFAs, insurers, corporates, or fintechs).
- Relevant certifications such as CFA, ACA, or ACCA (or progress toward them) are an added advantage.
