Responsibilities
Design & Creative Work:
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality designs for various print materials such as brochures, packaging, signage, banners, labels, catalogs, and promotional items.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
- Oversee multiple design projects from concept to final artwork.
Print Production & Pre-Press:
- Prepare accurate, print-ready files according to the company’s and vendor’s specifications.
- Conduct pre-flight checks, including bleed, trim, color mode, resolution, trapping, and imposition.
- Manage color correction, image retouching, and proofing for both digital and offset printing.
- Coordinate with press operators to ensure design intent is accurately translated into print.
Leadership & Collaboration:
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.
- Work closely with account managers and customers to understand design needs and propose solutions.
- Communicate effectively with production teams to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Participate in client presentations and design reviews when needed.
