Job Description
- Software Programmer cum Data Analyst role requires expertise in Microsoft Office 365 administration, automation, and low/no-code development to enhance business processes and develop internal applications.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Office 365 Administration & Support:
- Manage Microsoft Office 365 accounts, including email creation, user support, and administration portal management.
- Ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting of Office 365 services and applications.
- Monitor system performance, security settings, and compliance with company policies.
Automation & Process Improvement:
- Design and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Automate (Power Automate).
- Develop and maintain Microsoft Forms integrated with SharePoint lists to streamline data collection and business processes.
- Optimize and automate repetitive tasks within the Office 365 ecosystem to enhance efficiency.
Software Development (Low/No-Code):
- Develop custom applications using low/no-code platforms within the organization.
- Create user-friendly solutions tailored to internal business needs and workflows.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver efficient software solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration and its suite of applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, SharePoint Lists, and Microsoft Forms for process automation.
- Familiarity with low/no-code development platforms such as Power Apps, Mendix, or similar.
- Understanding of data management, integration, and workflow automation.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide technical support.
- Core programming language: JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, C#
- UI/JavaScript Framework: React, VueJS, Bootstrap 5, Tailwind CSS
- Database: Oracle, MySql, PostgreSql
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in an IT support, software development, or data analysis role.
- Exposure to database management, reporting tools, and cloud-based solutions.
