  • As a Storyteller at Infohob, your primary role is to bridge the gap between our products and services and our customers by crafting captivating narratives that highlight the value, utility, and uniqueness of our offerings.
  • You will be a key member of the marketing and communication team, responsible for turning complex technical details into engaging stories that resonate with our target audience.


  • Content Creation: Develop product stories that resonate with the target audience, emphasizing the problem-solving aspects, benefits, and user experience of our products.
  • Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and compelling product descriptions, taglines, and marketing materials to be used in various media, including websites, brochures, and social media.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to ensure our narratives are aligned with customer expectations and market positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, design, and marketing to gather information and insights necessary for creating impactful stories.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers and multimedia professionals to create visually appealing content, such as videos, infographics, and interactive presentations.
  • User Experience Focus: Ensure that product stories are aligned with the end-user experience and highlight how our products can solve real-world problems.
  • Feedback Integration: Continuously gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to refine and improve product stories, ensuring they remain relevant and engaging.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to tell compelling stories.
  • Strong research skills and a keen understanding of customer behaviour and market trends.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation is a plus.
