• Strivo Labs is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Video Editor & Videographer to produce high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, training, and digital campaigns.
• The ideal candidate understands storytelling, has an eye for clean visuals, and can manage video production end-to-end — from shooting to final edits.

What You’ll Do
Video Production & Shooting:

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for brand campaigns, events, and social media.
• Set up cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment.
• Capture interviews, promotional videos, product demos, and marketing clips.

Video Editing & Post-Production:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand guidelines.
• Add motion graphics, sound design, transitions, subtitles, and colour grading.
• Maintain consistent visual quality across all content.

Content Ideation & Creative Direction:

• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to conceptualise visuals.
• Suggest ideas, themes, and visual storytelling approaches.
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, strategy, and audience needs.

Asset Management & Workflow:

• Organise footage, archive content, and manage media storage.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain production schedules.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4 years’ experience in video editing and videography.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong camera operation skills (DSLR/Mirrorless).
• Understanding of lighting, audio capture, and production techniques.
• Strong storytelling ability and creativity.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing video work (required).
