Job Summary

  • We are looking for a results-driven Zoho Implementation Specialist with mimimum 2 years of experience to join our team.
  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, customization, and optimization of the Zoho ecosystem, ensuring our business processes are streamlined and automated.
  • The primary focus of this role is on Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Workplace, with additional responsibility for Zoho Books and Zoho Marketing Automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Architecture: Design and implement Zoho solutions (CRM, Desk, Books, and Workplace) based on specific business requirements.
  • Automation & Workflow: Create automated workflows, blueprints, and validation rules to reduce manual tasks and improve data accuracy.
  • Marketing Integration: Configure Zoho Marketing Automation to align lead generation with CRM sales pipelines.
  • Migration & Support: Lead data migration from legacy systems and provide ongoing technical support to internal or external users.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions to ensure high adoption rates across the Zoho suite.

Technical Requirements

  • Zoho CRM: Setting up and configuration of modules, layouts, and pipelines.
  • Zoho Desk: Setting up multi-channel support, SLAs, and knowledge base portals.
  • Zoho Workplace: Management of Mail, WorkDrive, and Cliq for team collaboration.
  • Zoho Books: Understanding of invoicing, expenses, and financial reporting.
  • Marketing Automation: Ability to set up lead nurturing and campaign tracking.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience in Zoho implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and CRM best practices.
  • Ability to translate high-level business needs into technical configurations.
  • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Deluge Scripting, Zoho People, Zoho Sign, or Zoho Analytics.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
