- The SIAT Group Graduate Trainee Program is a one-year intensive, immersive and hands-on program to train young professionals and develop a new generation of leaders for its businesses, strategy and expansion across the oil palm value chain and edible oil industry.
Who Should Apply?
- Graduates aged 26 years or younger with a minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, BTech or equivalent) in any of the following disciplines:
- Agriculture, Agronomy or Agricultural Engineering
- Engineering (all relevant fields)
- Environmental or Social Sciences
- Finance or Accounting
- Sales and Marketing
- Supply Chain, Inventory or Logistics
- Business Administration, HR, IT, or Data Analytics
