Role Summary:

Gathers and structures marketing performance data from digital platforms, enabling AI-powered insight generation and real-time campaign tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
  • Track campaign performance (CTR, conversions, cost per acquisition, ROI).
  • Screenshot and export ad spend, impressions, audience performance, and keyword rankings.
  • Maintain daily marketing performance docs in Google Drive with proper labeling.
  • Run AI prompts to compare day-to-day campaign results and flag anomalies.
  • Ensure marketing KPIs are accurately reflected in the Databox dashboard.
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to identify actionable insights.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience managing or analyzing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of SEO and email campaign metrics.
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.

Requirements

  • Hardware: A laptop that must have a minimum of 16GB RAM and 256GB SSD+ storage for smooth multitasking and data handling.
  • Experience: Proven remote or freelance work experience, with a track record of delivering results independently.
  • Internet: Though, as a backup, a Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Availability: Must be able to work U.S. business hours (CST) and meet daily reporting deadlines.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Ability to take clear screenshots and store files using organized naming conventions.
  • Comfort with navigating multiple SaaS platforms and web-based dashboards.
  • Reporting Discipline: Must be detail-oriented and capable of documenting and labeling data for AI processing (ChatGPT) without supervision.
  • Confidentiality: Must maintain strict data security and confidentiality when handling company information.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills for producing clear summaries and reports.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot platform access, reporting errors, and data inconsistencies quickly.
