Job Summary:
The Brand & Communications Manager will lead the development, execution, and oversight of the QMB Lifestyle Centre\\\'s branding, marketing, and public relations strategy. This includes creating consistent messaging across all business units, managing campaigns, elevating the customer experience, and ensuring the brand is top-of-mind for target audiences.
Requirements & Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or related field (Master's is a plus)
- Ages 30 and above
- 4+ years of experience in brand management, communications, or marketing, preferably in hospitality or lifestyle sectors
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
- Proficiency with digital tools (Meta Ads Manager, Canva/Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to lead brand campaigns and deliver measurable results
- Solid understanding of social trends, influencer culture, and Lagos consumer behaviour
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
