About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Brand & Content Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s storytelling across all channels. This role will manage our blog, lead article creation, oversee social media presence, and handle company communications, including email campaigns and in-app messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Blog Management & Content Creation

  • Plan, research, write, and edit engaging blog articles aligned with our brand voice and SEO goals.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts for fresh, relevant topics.

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute a social media content strategy across all company platforms.
  • Create engaging posts (text, image, and video) that drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content for better results.

Company Communications

  • Draft, design, and send email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotions).
  • Write and schedule in-app messages and push notifications to keep customers informed and engagedEnsure all communication reflects brand tone and is clear, concise, and impactful.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as a brand and content specialist or related field
  • Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Intercom (or other email marketing platforms), and social media management tools.
  • Creative mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Experience in A/B testing for emails and social media campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
