Job Summary
- We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Brand & Content Specialist to take ownership of our brand’s storytelling across all channels.
- This role will manage our blog, lead article creation, oversee social media presence, and handle company communications, including email campaigns and in-app messaging.
Key Responsibilities
Blog Management & Content Creation:
- Plan, research, write, andedit engaging blog articles aligned with our brand voice and SEO goals.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts for fresh, relevant topics.
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across all company platforms.
- Create engaging posts (text, image, and video) that drive audience engagement and growth.
- Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize content for better results.
Company Communications & Optimisation of Paid Ads:
- Draft, design, and send email campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promotions).
- Write and schedule in-app messages and push notifications to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Ensure all communication reflects brand tone and is clear, concise, and impactful.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related field
- 1-3 years of experience as a brand and content specialist or related field
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Intercom (or other email marketing platforms), and social media management tools.
- Creative mindset with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in A/B testing for emails and social media campaigns.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
