JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Reporting to the Lead Designer, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling brand identities across multiple touchpoints. From logo creation to full visual systems, you will translate strategy into cohesive visual languages that express clarity, character, and consistency.
  • You will collaborate with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to ensure every brand expression aligns with core positioning and business objectives.
  • You are detail-oriented, conceptually strong, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of craft and precision.
  • Your role is to ensure that every visual output strengthens brand equity, enhances recognition, and reflects strategic intent.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop original brand identity concepts from strategic briefs.
  • Design logos, typography systems, color palettes, and visual assets.
  • Create comprehensive brand guidelines and visual identity manuals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand expression across digital and print applications.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on campaign and brand rollouts.
  • Present identity concepts clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.
  • Refine and iterate designs based on structured feedback.
  • Stay informed on global design trends and brand innovation.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate concept development, visual exploration, and moodboard generation.
  • Use generative AI platforms to support early-stage ideation while maintaining strong human creative direction.
  • Apply AI-powered image editing and enhancement tools responsibly within brand guidelines.
  • Develop structured prompts to generate visual assets aligned with strategic brand objectives.
  • Evaluate and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure originality, quality, and brand integrity.
  • Integrate AI into workflow processes to improve efficiency without compromising creative excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in brand identity design, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing logo systems, brand guidelines, and identity development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking ability.
  • High level of attention to detail and typographic sensitivity.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or similar platforms.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills for generating brand-aligned visual outputs.
  • Understanding of ethical AI usage, copyright considerations, and originality standards in commercial branding.
  • Ability to critically direct AI outputs rather than passively accept generated results.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted workflow automation within creative pipelines
