Job Summary
- The Brand Identity Designer / Strategist is responsible for developing, defining, and maintaining strong brand identities that align with business goals and client objectives.
- This role combines creative design execution with strategic brand thinking, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all brand touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, and visual elements
- Create comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across print, digital, and marketing materials
- Conduct brand research, audits, and competitive analysis
- Translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and production teams to execute brand concepts
- Lead brand refresh and rebranding projects from concept to execution
- Ensure all designs align with brand positioning, tone, and values
- Present brand concepts and strategies clearly to internal teams and clients
- Monitor brand usage and enforce brand standards across platforms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Branding, Visual Communication, or related field with 5-10 years experience.
- Proven experience in brand identity design and strategy
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, logos, and identity projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience working in a branding, creative agency, or print environment is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
