Role Summary

  • We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented professional to support our Pursuit and Proposals function within the Clients and Market Development unit. In this role, you’ll collaborate across service lines to develop compelling proposals and pitches that position our firm for success with private clients, government agencies, NGOs, and international institutions.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement pursuit strategies that align with the firm’s growth objectives.
  • Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
  • Work closely with client teams to define proposal win-themes and strategies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform proposal approaches and continuously improve processes.
  • Maintain brand standards and accuracy across all proposal documents.
  • Manage a central repository of proposals and promote best practices in proposal management.
  • Train and raise awareness of pursuit and proposal tools within the firm.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • A bachelor’s degree (Second Class Upper) in any discipline.
  • APMP certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in proposal writing and bid management.
  • Experience in public sector bidding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
